Today, the documentary management like a global, corporative and integral process is understood of an organization, understood like an integrated system of management able to control the production, the circulation, the storage and the recovery of any type of information. The electronic management of files has an important paper in the effective management of the internal and external processes of the company. The electronic documents and their management, every more sophisticated day, have happened to be a static source of intelligence to consider as a key and fundamental element in the decision making of high value, a basic pillar facing the competitive advantages that it owns.
